Having Trouble?

Welcome to Unofficial.com.au, Australia’s newest, richest MEGA forum site, a site that has forums for a number of different TV shows… and later other topics.

So far on this one site we have combined the Unofficial forums for Big Brother, Dancing with the Stars and The Biggest Loser. For people who are registered with any of these sites you will see when you go back in that everything is exactly as it was, but housed within a new design. Your threads, status, avatars and all of your posts will still be there. But now you can take a peek in all of the forums from the one site – and no longer need multiple logins for the different sites. You will also be able to join new forums – for example, Australian Idol and Election 2007 – Australia Decides.

Information for existing users

If you belong to one of these forums your existing username and password should work as normal here on Unofficial.com.au. Three groups of existing users, however, may have trouble logging in the first time. They are:

1. People with two usernames but only one email address registered: you will need to log back in as imported_youroldusername then email us from within the forum so we can fix it up for you.
2. People with the same name as another user: you will need to email us at info@yieldmedia.com.au to get it fixed up manually.   
3. Users from the Dancing With The Stars Forum will need to reset their passwords, after which you should be able to login in as normal.

If these solutions do not work for you and you are still not able to get your old username and password working please email info@yieldmedia.com.au and we’ll get the tech team to sort you out.

Information for new users

To register as a member of www.unofficial.com.au/forums and start making comments or creating threads click the register tab and follow the prompts to create a username and password for yourself. There is a bug that may seem to reject your registration but it actually hasn’t… the message is just faulty.

To get around the bug till we find the solution simply close and re-open your browser to login in the first time.

Once you are registered you will also be able to make comments under the different profiles and photographs in the editorial section of the site, enter competitions, vote and rate stars as these sections go live.
