Hi, I know most dropped out here, except for Dody, and Twin2 who dropped out very late.
But did we ever get any final results? Did all these people stay in contact with Dean until the end? Or did it just stop because only Dody was still in and that "our own competition" thread started for everyone to join in.
Kudos to Dodyangel for being a stayer through a really tough time. And sharing all the ups and downs with us.

Sadly beside Dody the others dropped out, at least I'm presuming they did.Sad too because they probably feel they can't come back because of it.

I hope they don't feel that way. If your lurking please post. We all know losing weight is a constant struggle.

And btw where is Dody, does anyone know. It's so not like her to keep away this long.

We miss you hon come back

[font=Arial][size=1][b]If you get too comfortable with one set of exercises, you'll stop losing weight. That's why it's important to know how you're feeling and to understand your comfort level with each exercise you try. If you're still feeling the burn from fairly simple exercises, stick with them until you don't anymore

Dody, to be down after all this time is such a great achievement. You did so well. I agree with you. Lets hope the others do come back on and be part of this.

I love being able to chat about issues, and share them with people I know who care and are going through the same type of problems.

I've actually just started and I going to get to my goal weight by June so I can get a whole new set of clothes for my birthday.
